These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the EK7 platform, including the website ek7game.cc, the EK7 Android APK, and the iOS application (collectively, the “Platform”). By registering an account or using any feature of the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with EK7 (“we”, “us”, “the Company”).

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use EK7. Registration by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited. EK7 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and to close accounts where age requirements are not met.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

You must be a resident of a state in India where skill-based real-reward gaming is legally permitted. See the Disclaimer page for the current list of restricted states. Registering from a restricted jurisdiction is a violation of these Terms.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each user is permitted to hold one registered account only. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same individual will be closed, and funds may be forfeited.

2. Account Registration and Security

  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • You must notify EK7 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
  • EK7 shall not be liable for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
  • Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, share, or transfer your account to any third party.

3. KYC Verification

All users must complete KYC (Know Your Customer) verification before withdrawing funds. This requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar card or PAN card). EK7 will not process withdrawals on unverified accounts. KYC data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit: As specified on the deposit page (subject to change).
  • Minimum withdrawal: ₹200 for most game categories; ₹500 for tournament winnings.
  • Withdrawal timeline: 2–24 hours for verified accounts. EK7 does not guarantee processing times outside its control (e.g., bank delays).
  • Withdrawal method: Funds may only be withdrawn to a payment account registered in the same name as your EK7 account.
  • EK7 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing large withdrawals.

5. Prohibited Activities

The following are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and potential forfeiture of funds:

  • Cheating and collusion — cooperating with other players to manipulate game outcomes
  • Use of bots or automated software — using any tool that automates gameplay or account activity
  • Multiple accounts — registering more than one account, whether using different names, devices, or payment methods
  • Fraud and money laundering — using the Platform for any financial crime
  • Chargebacks — initiating illegitimate chargebacks with your payment provider while retaining game winnings
  • Abuse of bonuses — exploiting promotional offers through methods not intended by EK7
  • Harassment — threatening, abusing, or harassing other users or EK7 staff
  • Underage registration — registering or playing on behalf of a person under 18

EK7 reserves the right to investigate suspected violations and to share relevant information with law enforcement where required.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the EK7 platform — including but not limited to the name “EK7,” the EK7 logo, game interfaces, software, graphics, text, and audio — is the intellectual property of EK7 or its licensors.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute EK7 content without written permission
  • Reverse-engineer or decompile EK7 software
  • Use the EK7 name, logo, or brand assets in any form without express written consent

7. Game Rules and Outcomes

  • Each game on EK7 has its own set of rules published within the game interface. You are responsible for reading and understanding these rules before playing.
  • In the event of a technical dispute, EK7’s platform logs constitute the authoritative record of game outcomes.
  • If a technical failure results in a game being interrupted mid-round, EK7’s policy — as stated under each game’s help section — will apply. Generally, the wager is returned or the round is resumed where technically possible.

8. Bonuses and Promotions

  • Bonus terms, including wagering requirements and expiry dates, are published within each individual promotion.
  • Bonuses are credited at EK7’s discretion and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.
  • Abuse of promotional offers may result in bonus cancellation and account review.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EK7 shall not be liable for:

  • Financial losses incurred through gameplay
  • Loss of data or platform access due to technical failure
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind
  • Losses arising from your violation of these Terms

EK7’s total liability to any user, in any circumstance, shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the relevant claim.

10. Termination

EK7 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe a user has breached these Terms or engaged in fraudulent activity.

Users may close their own account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard timelines. Bonus balances are forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [Insert City/State of Registration].

12. Amendments

EK7 may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification or email. Continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
