Many common questions are answered faster through the FAQ section on the EK7 homepage. If your query relates to:

  • Pending withdrawals — Allow up to 24 hours for verified accounts. Check your KYC status in Profile Settings first.
  • APK installation issues — Refer to the Step-by-Step Installation Guide on the homepage.
  • Password reset — Use the “Forgot Password” option on the login screen.

For anything not covered there, reach out directly. We would rather receive a message that didn’t need to be sent than have a player stuck without answers.
